    FAQs

The lifespan of any cleaner can vary. A typical lifespan without any maintenance is around 1-2 years. If the item is properly maintained, then it can last for quite some time. Other variables such as surface type, water chemistry, and usage will play into the life of the cleaner.
There are a couple of factors why the pool cleaner will only stay in the deep end. The first to consider is the condition of the cleaner itself. The older the cleaner, the more difficult it will be to operate efficiently in your pool. Cleaners older than 10 years should be replaced. Another factor to think about is the suction/pressure provided to the cleaner. Over time as the parts wear out, it is important to adjust the supply to the cleaner. This will allow it to operate efficiently through your pool. Any other issues may be specific to the cleaner and we suggest contacting us or a pool professional for more information.
All cleaners will work with leaves and other debris in your pool. Robotic cleaners are specifically better than others as they are plug-and-play cleaners. Instead of a consistent cleaner moving around your pool, these cleaners are put in manually to clean as needed. It is always suggested to empty and clean your cleaner (Robotic/Suction/Pressure) periodically to ensure it will operate at its maximum efficiency.
