Should a defect in any item covered under this warranty become evident during the term of this warranty, then upon the consumer following the procedures set forth below, Blue Square will, at its sole option, repair or replace such product or part of equal value.
i. For a replacement product contact BlueSquare here or email warranty@bluesquaremfg.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
This number must be on the outside of the shipping box for proper handling on all returned products. Damaged Product shipped without an RMA will not be processed.
ii. To claim a warranty you must provide a copy of the warranty registration and a current water bill to verify original ownership. Blue Square TM will not research or replace certificates.
iii. If a replacement part is deemed by Blue Square TM to be needed, the original consumer must remove and ship the affected part(s) at their own cost.
Q360: Blue Square warrants that all components of the Q360 system including the Q360 water valve, Performance jets Eclipse Drain, and Abyss Canister, will be free of defects for 3 years from the date installed by a qualified installer and the original pool owner owns the pool at the address stated above.
Spectrum 360 and Vivid 360: Blue Square warrants that all lights and components will be free of defects for 3 years from the date installed by a qualified installer and the original pool owner owns the pool at the address stated above.
