Extend Warranty Information:
We now offer an additional warranty on products provided by Extend! This warranty does not take effect until the manufacturer's warranty ends. If you have questions about the manufacturer's warranty on any items, please reach out to us for more information.
Please Note: Your Extend Policy will not be refunded in the cases below:
1. Item was returned due to "Damaged Item". The Shipping Protection Plan is meant to replace all damaged, lost, or stolen items. This needs to be brought to Extend to receive the special discount code to come back to our website for a replacement purchase. In the case of "No longer needed", the plan will be refunded as it was a mistaken purchase. Please note, other fees may apply for your return if the item was purchased by mistake or is no longer needed.
2. Item is returned for a "Warranty" issue. The Extend Protection Plan is to be used for all replacements of items that fall under the "warranty" issue. If the plan is not used after the 30-day return policy, the plan will not be refunded.

This link will walk you through all the steps for claiming your Extend warranty. Please note, the warranty is covered only for the original purchase price of the item from ePoolSupply. Once the claim is approved, Extend will provide you with a warranty code to use directly on our website for another unit. Product availability may vary as well as lead times to fulfill your order. Please note: Any item requiring a quote for a custom cart is a "Trade-Grade" item through the manufacturer and will only come with a 60-day warranty if sold online. CUSTOM ORDERS AND FREIGHT DELIVERIES:
- All custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Once the deposit is made and the item is ordered NO refunds/credits are available.

- Non-Refundable Deposits cannot be transferred if your order is canceled, for any reason.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
We offer additional shipping speeds on any item in stock! If the item is available to purchase then additional shipping speeds are available. You can use the Expedited Shipping tab in each product to determine the shipping speed available. To see the full price for shipping, you must continue to checkout with your item.

RETURN POLICY:
- Even though we strive for our perfect inventory systems and shipping, we request that all items must be inspected by homeowners for discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving the product to make a shipping, missing, or damage claim.

- All products are eligible for returns, or exchanges, up to 30 days from delivery.
- All products are subject to manufacturer warranty from day 1 up to when the warranty ends.
- Returns require a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form filled out below or call us for help.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to us. The returned item must be returned in new condition, just like it was delivered to you. If you require a shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund upon return.
- All items must be returned in the manufacturer's packaging, and all contents of the item shipped to you must be returned as well, such as warranty cards, product registration cards, and manuals. Items without original packaging are subject to a restocking fee.
- All returns, return-to-sender packages, and refused packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the condition of the return.
- All refused items will receive a 20% restocking fee.
- All Caretaker heads with a non-factory installed nozzle that was installed by the homeowner/pool professional will receive a 20% restocking fee.
- All Pop-Up Head Reamer Tools are not returnable. If the item is returned, no refund will be given.
- Items that have been incorrectly installed or broken during installation may not be covered under the return policy.
- Returns without an RMA or refused delivery will result in your credit being delayed or denied.
- In case of misprinted pricing, your order will not be fulfilled and your money will be credited back to you within 24 business hours.
- If any exchange items are out of stock upon return, the item will be delivered as soon as the item arrives in our warehouse in the order they were received.
