1. Returns & Exchanges

- All products are covered under their manufacturer's warranty starting Day 1 through the warranty's end.

Pentair Warranty & Registration
Standard warranties typically run 60 days (parts only), with selected products qualifying for extended coverage when professionally installed—up to 3 years for bundled systems. Trade-grade products purchased online are limited to the 60-day parts-only warranty. -
Fluidra Warranty & Downloads (Zodiac / Jandy / Polaris / Caretaker)
Each Fluidra sub-brand offers its own limited warranty. Download the relevant PDF for Zodiac, Jandy, Polaris, Caretaker, and more. -
A&A (Pentair In-Floor) Warranty & Claims
To file a parts claim, include your warranty certificate number and contact details, and ship the item prepaid to their Phoenix facility. Contact Customer Satisfaction if you don’t have your certificate. -
Paramount Warranty & Registration
Submit details through their registration portal to initiate warranty claims. Service locations listings are also available. -
BlueSquare Warranty Registration
Register within 90 days of installation with proof of start-up to qualify for a 3-year parts warranty; submissions after 90 days default to a 1-year warranty. -
Hayward Warranty Registration & Support
Register for a 90-day extended warranty (parts only, labor excluded), plus access to service centers and warranty types: Expert Line, Totally Hayward, and Open Line.
