Paramount Limited Warranty
Conditions of Coverage
This limited warranty applies only if the original owner complies with the following conditions:

The swimming pool must remain full of water at all times, except for repair or maintenance (not to exceed five (5) days).

The Paramount system must be operated with reasonable care and necessary maintenance.

Product registration must be completed within thirty (30) days of pool completion.
Warranty Coverage
- Nozzle and Body Assemblies (Excluding New Generation Pool Valet, Pool Valet Retro, and Private Label Versions)
- RetroJets (Caretaker, Caretaker 99, Gamma 3, Net N’ Clean, Pool Valet Retro, QuikClean 1, QuikClean 2)
- RDX, MDX-R3 Anti-Entrapment VGB Compliant Debris Drain & SDX2 High Flow Drain
- Distribution Water Valve
- Debris Containment Canister (DCC2), Equipment-Side Debris Canister (EDC), Parascope, Paralevel, Paraskim Skimmers, MVFuse, MDX-R3
- Other Related System Parts, Ancillary Parts, and Replacement Parts
Replacement Conditions
- The pool owner must contact the original Reseller (Pool Builder, Retailer, or Service Company).
- Proof of purchase is required.
- The Reseller will obtain an RMA from Paramount and return the item.
- Repaired or replaced items will be returned freight collect to the Reseller.
- Owner’s Responsibility: All labor for removal/reinstallation and all freight charges.
Limitations
This warranty does not cover defects or failures caused by:
- Abuse, neglect, improper operation, vandalism, or lack of maintenance.
- Acts of God (storms, earthquakes, freezing, ground movement, etc.).

Incidental or consequential damages.

Installation by non-authorized installers.

Fading or discoloration of products.
