Pool and spa chemicals are consumable products and are not covered by an ePoolSupply.com warranty. Chemical products are also not included under equipment or replacement-part warranties.

• Algaecides
• Phosphate removers
• Clarifiers and enzymes
• Water balancers and conditioners
• Stain and scale treatments
• Start-up and closing kits
• Saltwater pool treatments
• Test reagents and chemical refill solutions
• Other pool or spa water-treatment products

Chemical performance depends on conditions outside our control, including:

• Pool or spa volume
• Existing water chemistry
• Accuracy of water-testing results
• Dosage and application method
• Circulation and filtration
• Water temperature and sunlight
• Organic contamination and algae levels
• Product storage and handling after delivery
• Use with other chemicals or treatment systems

Because these conditions vary, dissatisfaction with treatment results does not qualify as a warranty claim.

Always test and balance the water before treatment. Read and follow the complete product label, dosage instructions, safety warnings, and storage requirements. Never combine pool chemicals unless the manufacturer specifically instructs you to do so.

If a customer believes a chemical has a manufacturing or formulation issue, the product manufacturer may be contacted for review. Any inspection, testing, replacement, credit, or other remedy remains entirely at the manufacturer’s discretion.
