The tool snaps around the cleaning head to ensure secure removal, and all you need to do is rotate the cleaning head counterclockwise to free it from its collar. Works on all Caretaker Concrete and Vinyl swimming pool cleaning heads. The Caretaker cleaning head removal tool attaches to a standard swimming pool pole with a bolt or you can use the optional pole adapter for quickly attaching the tool to your pole.
