Description

Thread the union onto the pump, glue the socket to your 1.5" PVC, and use the hand-tight nut for fast removal during service—no pipe cutting required. Ideal for pump and heater connections.

Pro Tip

Apply a thin film of silicone O-ring lubricant and align straight before tightening to avoid gasket pinch and leaks.

Installation Tips

Hand-tighten the union nut; do not over-torque. Use PTFE tape or thread sealant on the threaded pump side only. Prime and cement the 1.5" socket per PVC instructions. Keep the O-ring clean and lightly lubricated.
