The manufacturer specifies a 4-inch float adjustment range. This is a water-level setting range, not a 4-inch collar extension or universal installed clearance.

The catalog specifies a ¾-inch PVC water-supply inlet, a 2-to-1½-inch PVC bushing, a ¾-inch PVC plug when overflow is unused and a ½-inch MPT float-valve thread. The numbered parts list also identifies a ⅜-inch NPT plug. These are different connections; do not substitute one nominal size for another.

IN075 calls for a qualified pool professional, appropriate backflow prevention, watertight plumbing, the proper waterline position and an overflow arrangement. Set the equalizer fitting at the intended waterline, route the inlet through solid earth or concrete and avoid nearby skimmers or return fittings that could affect operation. Assemble the float lever by hand, avoid overtightening and use no more than quarter-turn adjustment increments. Check for leaks and free float movement.

The model manual identifies PVC fittings, the valve uses engineered resin and the specified standard-package screws are 316 stainless steel. The exact body/lid resin is not independently established; copied website skimmer-throat/PVC-sump text is not used as proof of nonexistent components.

No electric controller is listed. This is a mechanical water-level control assembly; it does not diagnose leaks or remove the need to inspect water use, the float, debris, backflow and overflow arrangements.

The uploaded catalog prints four finish selections. The current manufacturer CS035-063026 explicitly adds AFB102 Black alongside White 101, Light Gray 103, Dark Gray 105 and Tan108. AFB102 is a confirmed current manufacturer SKU rather than an inferred generic color code.

AquaStar’s 2026 catalog states a general one-year limited warranty from original installation for defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the complete terms and exclusions.
