Product Details

Before You Use It

Choose the procedure for your filter type. Follow equipment shutdown and pressure-release instructions before service, and use the product label for dilution and soaking.

Handling Information

The SDS identifies serious eye damage, skin irritation, and possible respiratory irritation. Follow its protective measures.

Common Question

Is the cartridge-soak procedure the same as media cleaning?
No. Bio-Dex gives separate methods; follow the one matching your filter.

Is the same cleaning procedure used for every filter?

Cartridge soaking and media-filter cleaning use different procedures. Follow your filter manufacturer's shutdown and pressure-release instructions before opening equipment, then use the cleaner label for dilution, soaking and rinsing. Do not apply a backwashing instruction to a cartridge housing.

Official Product Support
