The Pentair Home app provides seamless WiFi or Bluetooth® wireless technology control, so you can monitor the pump or change the flow rate from anywhere. Add the optional built-in automation to control up to two other pool devices.

I/O Boards in Simple Pool Terms

This will allow you to turn on/off relays such as a pool light or booster pump straight from the pump, eliminating the need for an expensive automation system. This simplistic design is great for basic pools with little function. 

In Complicated Pool Terms

This Intelliflo3 VSF pump has an I/O board which is an interface board that provides the ability to input and output digital signals parallel to a computer. This makes it possible to monitor the statuses of measuring devices as well as the relays and operation switches of various types of control circuits.
