One complete Pentair WhisperFlo VST 011533 pump and two CMP 21063-200-000 hi-temp 2-inch MPT × slip unions are included. The unions are supplied with this ePoolSupply offering. Your installer should identify any additional plumbing, electrical or automation components needed for your equipment pad.

Pentair lists 011533 for dealer purchases and EC-011533 for ecommerce sales. The manufacturer’s published specification table lists the same principal pump ratings for both, but purchase route and installation affect warranty coverage. This page is for 011533. Pentair lists 115/208–230V AC, single-phase, 50/60Hz; full-load current of 13.9A at 115V, 11.1A at 208V and 10.1A at 230V; 2.6 total horsepower (THP); 1.64 hydraulic horsepower (HHP); service factor 1.0; and Weighted Energy Factor (WEF) 8.4. The programmable speed range is 450–3450 RPM. The drive has a NEMA Type 3 environmental rating. These ratings describe different characteristics; THP and HHP are not interchangeable. The manufacturer lists ENERGY STAR certification, UL/cUL evaluation and NSF/ANSI 50 certification; consult its specification notes for the standards covered.

No. The drive accepts the listed supply voltages without a manual voltage-selector change, but it limits speed as needed at lower voltage to control current. Pentair provides separate 115V and 230V high-speed performance curves. Have your installer use the curve for your actual supply when checking flow and total dynamic head. Do not select a replacement by horsepower alone.

Pentair identifies WhisperFlo VST as a replacement option for existing WhisperFlo pumps. Confirm port alignment, clearance, electrical supply, suction-system requirements and the flow needed by your filter, heater, cleaner and sanitizer. The pump has 2-inch NPT suction and discharge ports. The manual’s drawing shows a 10.1-inch front-view width and 12.8-inch overall height; it does not label overall length. Use the drawing and an equipment-pad measurement to check fit.

The manual specifies the Pentair 356324Z RS-485 Automation Wiring Kit for supported external control. Selected Pentair controllers use RS-485; digital-input control is another supported method. IntelliConnect cannot control this pump through RS-485; it requires digital inputs. Check the controller’s manual and pump revision before ordering the 356324Z wiring kit. The pump’s control connection is not built-in Wi-Fi.

Use the onboard clock to set three scheduled speeds, with Quick Clean for a temporary operating change. Choose the lowest speeds that still provide the circulation and flow required by all connected equipment. Heating, cleaning and water features may need different settings. There is no universal RPM or runtime that suits every pool, and energy savings depend on the installed system, schedule and electricity rate.

Pentair’s guide requires installation and servicing by a qualified pool service professional. Electrical work must follow the manual and applicable codes, including grounding, bonding and GFCI protection. Read the safety instructions before use; do not treat the pump as a plug-in appliance or operate it without water.
