Zodiac G3/G3 Pro Retaining Collar (W69545) 

The retaining collar is made by Zodiac and is produced from the same high-grade plastic material as the original factory part. It is designed to perform with the same capabilities as the original part as well.

This retaining ring sits atop the cleaner where the wheel deflector, bumper fin, and outer extension pipe all meet. This part is meant to fit between the wheel deflector and the bumper fin. It allows both parts to fit nicely and snugly with one another giving them the ability to perform at their highest capabilities.

This part is normally white in color and allows for there to be no leaks of water between the wheel deflector and the bumper fin. This could cause the cleaner to be weighed down to the point of making it inoperable.
