Planning and compatibility
Use filtered water only. CMP recommends a dedicated cartridge filter and a rock trap to intercept debris in the feed line. Follow the exact installation instructions when planning height, plumbing and flow; nominal water width is not the overall fixture measurement.
The 6-inch LED waterfall lip cannot be cut. Light appearance varies with ambient light, viewing angle and surroundings.
Smart Sync configuration: 12VAC supply to the adapter; adapter output to waterfall is 12VDC (manufacturer diagram). Do not connect the waterfall directly to an assumed 12VAC source.
Select the exact control configuration with a qualified pool professional. CMP states that the Smart Sync adapter must not be combined with LED Waterfall Colorwheel controls and is not for other Brilliant Wonders products. A Smart Sync installation uses a Class 2 isolated transformer between the pool control and adapter, with the program matched to the controls.
Use the manufacturer reference below to check the exact part and installation. Have a qualified pool professional verify plumbing and any electrical work.
