Description

The Pentair Water Leveler Repair Kit (Schedule 40, 542490) provides a targeted fix for the bottom module or union connection of the Pentair/In-Floor (A&A) Quik Leveler system. By replacing the threaded connection interface rather than the entire leveler unit, this kit makes servicing faster and more economical. It restores the automatic water fill function and helps protect your plumbing and pump system from overflow or dry-run damage.

Pro Tip

Before installation, shut off the pool fill line and drain the leveler housing. Inspect the float and restrictor seal—if they show wear, replace them concurrently to maximise service life.

Installation Tips

Turn off the fill-line water supply and isolate the leveler chamber. Remove the old union or threaded piece, clean the surrounding area, and glue in the new repair kit fitting designed for Schedule 40 piping. Once cured and dry, reinstall the float assembly, restore the water supply, and test the fill shut-off action.
