Match the exact YS part number, end connections and seal option. The 2026 catalog lists a standard 1/32-inch perforated screen. Screen perforation is an opening size, not a guaranteed micron-removal rating. Confirm the exact replacement screen and housing rather than treating all YS sizes as interchangeable.Specifications
Use the complete instructions for the exact model and material. Catalog quantities describe manufacturer packing and do not by themselves establish the selling unit.Manufacturer resources
Hayward YS00075TU is the 3/4 inch clear PVC Y-strainer with threaded union ends. Match the exact YS part number, end connections and seal option. The 2026 catalog lists a standard 1/32-inch perforated screen. Screen perforation is an opening size, not a guaranteed micron-removal rating. Confirm the exact replacement screen and housing rather than treating all YS sizes as interchangeable. The 2026 US catalog lists a standard 1/32-inch perforated screen for this YS group. Check the actual supplied screen before selecting a replacement; perforation does not establish a universal particle-removal or mesh-equivalence claim. The correct working limit depends on the exact model, material, temperature and service conditions. Use the manufacturer pressure/temperature data for this configuration; a family rating alone is not approval for the installed system.Product FAQs
