Description
The Sta-Rite 05501-0005 gasket refreshes the primary seal between the glass lens and the light housing on SunBrite and SunGlow large fixtures. Replace flattened or brittle gaskets to stop slow leaks and fogging. Install on a clean, dry groove and tighten the clamp ring evenly for a uniform seal.
Pro Tip
Apply a thin film of pool-safe silicone lubricant to the gasket, seat the lens squarely, and tighten clamp screws in alternating sequence. Inspect the clamp ring—replace if pitted or bent to avoid future seepage.
