CMP High-Temperature Self-Sealing Union, 1½" MIP × 1½" Socket | 21063-150-000

21063-150-000 has 1½-inch male pipe thread (MIP) × 1½-inch socket / 2-inch spigot. These are nominal connection sizes; they do not state outside dimensions or overall length.

CMP identifies a sealing-gasket design for its high-temperature union family and states that sealing tape or pipe dope is not needed for the self-sealing connection. Use the exact union and connected-equipment instructions; this is not a general rule for other threaded fittings.

One union assembly in the standard straight configuration. Equipment, pipe and additional unions are not included. Manufacturer box quantities describe bulk shipping, not the quantity supplied by this listing.

No. Match both connection sizes, thread arrangement, union halves and installation clearance. The standard straight configuration is part of the identification. A matching pipe size alone does not verify a direct replacement or fit to a particular pump or heater.

High-temperature is CMP’s product-family designation. Check the applicable equipment and fitting instructions for the permitted operating limits; this listing does not assign a numerical temperature or pressure rating from the name alone.

The manufacturer’s size-specific parts table lists: T-gasket (26200-210-631). These are separate repair references, not additional loose parts supplied with this union. Check the actual repair item’s selling quantity; a manufacturer bulk reference does not establish a single-piece package.

CMP’s standard limited warranty provides one year from original purchase for defects in materials and workmanship unless otherwise noted, subject to its exclusions and claim requirements. The linked manufacturer statement limits coverage to the United States; confirm destination-specific terms for use elsewhere.
