100 MESH SSTL BSKT FOR 4" SB S | BS740100

The Hayward 100 Mesh SSTL Basket (BS740100) works by filtering debris from the water as it passes through the pool or filtration system. 

• Pool water flows through the system and passes through the stainless steel mesh basket.
• The 100 mesh (which has very small holes) catches fine debris, such as dirt, leaves, and other particles, while allowing clean water to flow through. This helps keep the water clean and prevents debris from reaching the pump or other sensitive components.
• By trapping debris, the basket protects the pool system from clogs and damage, particularly in the pump or filter.
• When the basket is full of debris, it can be easily removed, cleaned, and reinstalled, keeping the system running smoothly.
