Description

Union face seeping? Replace the gasket and restore a clean seal. These T-gaskets drop into compatible union grooves on pumps, heaters, and filters. Clean the groove, install the new gasket, and re-seat the union.

Pro Tip

Apply a thin film of silicone O-ring lubricant on the gasket, align straight, and hand-tighten the union nut to avoid pinching.

Installation Tips

Depressurize the system. Clean the union groove and mating face. Lightly lubricate the gasket, seat fully, then hand-tighten the nut; do not over-torque. Verify gasket profile/size matches your union.
