Pro Tip

Ensure your pump’s flow remains under ~150 GPM and verify your plumbing size matches the inlet/outlet for this filter. Allow at least 12-16″ above and around the tank for cartridge removal access. Regularly check the O-ring seal, lock-ring ring closure, and rinse cartridges when pressure rises ~10 psi above the initial reading.

Installation Tips

High-level safety/compatibility notes only: Turn off the pool pump and relieve all system pressure before servicing or installing. Ensure the equipment pad is level and rated to support the tank plus water load. Confirm the plumbing port size (2″ x 2½″) and orientation match your system. Lubricate the O-ring and ensure the lock-ring safely clicks into place. Do not exceed the maximum continuous operating pressure of 50 psi or the maximum water temperature of 104 °F (40 °C) per manufacturer limits.
