Hayward DV1000 AquaRay/SunRay Float

The float is a replacement part made by Hayward. The same high-quality materials were used to manufacture the original factory part. Making this a genuine OEM product.

This part was made to help keep the suction cleaner from laying down or on its sides as the cleaner operates. This will make the cleaning process extremely ineffective. It is meant to be housed below the white Hayward logo on the float handle just below the swivel assembly. It does this by sliding onto the handle through an opening in the center of the float.

This part is blue and is made from a durable plastic compound. this float can become compromised with water over the extended life and use of the cleaner and would need to be replaced, it will only weigh the cleaner down, decreasing the cleaner’s effectiveness.
