Hayward DV5000/KingRay Internal Tube

The internal tube is a replacement part that was made by Hayward. The same high-quality materials were used to manufacture the original factory part. Making this a genuine OEM product.

The tube was designed to run up through the center of the cleaner's body assembly and is responsible for allowing passage for all the dirt and debris that is sucked off the surfaces of the pool so it can be dispersed into the filtration system. It also houses the cassette assembly which also holds the diaphragm (which is the only moving part of the cleaner).

This part is blue to match the color scheme and long enough to reach the swivel assembly located near the top of the cleaner while also reaching the cassette assembly near its bottom. This part is surrounded by the body covers meaning its well protected from any outside influence and potential damage.
