Hayward 4-Inch HeatFab Positive-Pressure Appliance Adapter for H250/SW250 | UHXHFA004
Listed application: H250FDN/FDP, H250FDN/FDPASME and SW250DHN/P configurations with UHXPOSHZ12504.
The April 2020 bulletin pairs this adapter with the 4-inch H250 positive-pressure vent configuration, not the H150 application. Match the appliance adapter to the vent-pipe manufacturer and complete approved vent system.
Match the complete model, capacity, fuel, serial number and installed revision before ordering. A shared H-Series name or similar-looking part does not establish interchangeability with other heater generations. Installation and service must be performed by a qualified pool-heater professional. Follow the exact heater and service-kit instructions, isolate gas and electrical power before service, and never bypass a safety control.Compatibility and ordering
