OmniHub is Hayward's Expert Line automation hub for new or existing pools. It is designed to drop into a mixed pad of Hayward and third-party equipment and pull everything into one control path. For expanded control, add RS485 Smart Relays and valve actuators so OmniHub can manage extra pumps, cleaners and features from the same interface.

Q: Will OmniHub work with my existing non-Hayward equipment?
A: In most cases yes. Standard pumps, heaters, and lights can be switched through Smart Relays, and many systems can be controlled at the relay or low-voltage level. Always confirm voltage and load ratings before wiring.
Q: Do I need internet for OmniHub to work?
A: The system will still run schedules and respond from the local display without internet. You need network access for app control, remote access, updates and voice assistant features.
Q: What if I need more than one relay?
A: HLOMNIHUB ships with 1 Smart Relay and supports up to 3 total. Add HLH485RELAY modules for extra pumps, lights or other loads you want on automation.

Description
The Hayward HLOMNIHUB OmniHub is built for one job: turn a basic pad into a real smart system without ripping everything out. A dedicated wiring base handles both high and low voltage terminations for pumps, lights, heaters and relays, while the wall-mounted touch display gives you on-pad control even if WiFi drops. Once it is online, the OmniLogic app and voice integration let you run filtration, temperature, lights and features from your phone or smart speaker instead of walking to the equipment every time.
OmniHub ships with one Smart Relay and supports up to three total, plus two valve actuators. It also ties in cleanly with AquaRite salt systems and Hayward variable-speed pumps, and can talk to many third-party components when they are wired through Smart Relays. If you want modern automation on an older pad, this is the control to start with.
Pro Tip
Plan the relay and valve layout before you mount the base. Use extra Smart Relays (HLH485RELAY) and the HL485SPAKIT actuator kit for booster pumps, additional VS pumps or water features so everything lands on the OmniHub from day one instead of being patched later.
