Please give me a refund and ability to return on a MONTH’S wait.

My order took over a month to arrive. I called ePool Supply two weeks ago and they said as they offer free shipping all orders are shipped by the post office. I didn’t see this little information when I ordered. I would gladly have paid extra to insure I got my item in a timely manner.
As it stands, I placed an order with another company and received my item within 4 days. Yes, I paid extra. But my pool was repaired and working again a week and a half before the item arrived from ePoolSupply.
As I stated, the items took over a month to arrive—with no options!
I want to return the item-via post office, at your expense—and a refund for my trouble. Plus, I just don’t need this anymore.
