4-9-2003: 2-inch five-port plumbing-kit configuration.

One reusable test housing. This temporary construction/test component does not operate the cleaning zones.

For the 2-inch nominal outlet version of the Jandy/Caretaker five-port in-floor system. Match the installed valve base and plumbing size; nominal outlets are not the overall housing diameter. Use for pressure testing with plumbing kit 4-9-2027. After testing, remove the test housing and install operating valve 5-9-2026.

Use a qualified pool professional and the exact linked manufacturer manual. Shut off the pump and prevent restart, then fully relieve pressure before opening the valve or clamp. Verify the installed plumbing, certified pool design and applicable electrical requirements before service. Use water for the hydrostatic test and observe the lowest pressure limit of every component in the isolated test system. The test housing is temporary; follow the manual before replacing it with the matched operating valve.

Jandy’s separate In-Floor limited warranty provides one year for manufacturing defects, with 90 days for purchased replacement parts, subject to the actual product and purchase terms. An approved Jandy In-Floor Certified Pool Design, qualified professional installation, original retail purchaser and original installation site are required. The statement applies in the 50 United States and Canada; shipping and labor are excluded. The lifetime cleaning-head provision is not a lifetime valve or controller warranty.
