Hayward GLX-HYDFUSE is a fuse kit designed for Hayward's HydroRite UV systems. The fuse protects the system’s electrical components from damage caused by power surges, overcurrents, or short circuits.

• Overcurrent Protection:
• The fuse acts as a safeguard, breaking the electrical circuit if the current exceeds safe levels.
• This prevents damage to sensitive components like the UV lamp, controller, and ballast.
• Fuse Location:
• Installed in the electrical circuit of the HydroRite system, typically within the control panel or near the power input.
• Automatic Breakage:
• If an electrical fault occurs, the fuse "blows" (breaks its internal filament), stopping the flow of electricity and isolating the fault.
