Description
The Pentair 3" x 2-3/8" Polyethylene Washer is a small but essential component used to maintain proper sealing and spacing within FNS D.E. filter systems. It helps distribute load evenly across connected parts, preventing leaks and protecting internal components from damage.
Constructed from durable polyethylene, this washer resists pool chemicals, pressure, and long-term wear. Its precise dimensions ensure a proper fit, which is critical for maintaining system integrity and preventing misalignment.
Designed for Pentair FNS filter models, this OEM washer is ideal for routine maintenance or full system rebuilds, helping restore proper operation and extend equipment life.
Pro Tip
Replace washers whenever disassembling components. Reusing compressed or worn washers can lead to leaks and uneven sealing.
Installation Tips
Ensure surfaces are clean before installation. Position washer evenly and avoid overtightening fasteners, which can deform the washer and compromise the seal.
