No. This is the grid-element pack, not the complete assembled grid unit. Pentair lists the complete FNSP36 assembly separately as 59023500.
Which filter size does this pack fit?
Pentair lists 198081 for FNS Plus FNSP36, the 36 sq ft model. Other FNS Plus sizes have different replacement packs.
Is the filter rating the grid height?
No. The filter rating is 36 square feet of filtration area. The manufacturer parts diagram lists 18-inch full and partial grids for this model; that is not the shipping-box size.
Can I stop adding D.E. after installing new grids?
No. Use the D.E. charge and service procedure specified in the manufacturer manual for your filter. Replacing the grids does not change the filter type.
Can I service the filter while the pump is running?
No. Shut off power and relieve all system pressure before opening the filter. Follow the instructions for your exact filter and clamp design. Improper assembly of a pressurized filter can cause serious injury.
What warranty applies to an online purchase?
