Pentair Kreepy Krauly E-Z Vac Hose Weight (K12657)

The hose weight is a replacement part made by Pentair for the Kreepy Krauly E-Z Vac aboveground pool cleaner. It is made from the same high-grade plastic material as the original factory part. Making this a genuine OEM product.

This part was designed to be exactly what it is named, a weight. The E-Z Vac is light, unlike other suction cleaners Pentair produces like the Warrior or the Rebel. This weight helps by keeping the cleaner and hose on the bottom of the surface as opposed to floating up to the top of the water where the angle of the cleaner would now cause it to be ineffective.

The hose weight is blue, and you want to add it to the end of the third section of the hose kit. This ensures both the cleaner and hose aren’t too heavy and do not sink to the bottom of the pool or become tangled up as the E-Z Vac operates.
