Pentair Kreepy Krauly Legend / Legend II / Platinum Debris Valve (EU9)

The debris valve is a replacement part that was made by Pentair. The same high-quality materials are used to manufacture the original factory part. Making this a genuine OEM product. 

The debris valve was created to keep the debris that is dispersed into the fine mesh bag or coarse mesh bag locked into the bag instead of falling back out of the vac tube where it then litters the surface of your pool.

This part Is black and sits atop the vac tube which the debris travels through with the help of the vortex created by the venturi jets. It also is made from a rubber material that can wear and deteriorate over the length of time and use of the cleaner. Very easy and simple to replace, just remove the bag which will expose the debris valve.
