Pentair Kreepy Krauly SandShark Short Leader Hose (GW7911)

The short leader hose is a replacement part that was made by Pentair. The same high-quality materials were used to manufacture the original factory part. Making this a genuine OEM product.

The short leader hose was made for this cleaner and its job is to connect to the head of the cleaner, inserted into the swivel housing and then connects the rest of the hose needed for the SandShark to operate and suck up the algae, dirt, and other forms of debris and disperse it into the filtration system.

This part is smaller than all the other hoses that normally come with the cleaner but also has a red tag on its end which indicates the side that should be connected to the swivel housing (included in the steering kit). When attaching the hoses, we always recommend dipping them into the pool water which acts sort of like a lubricant and helps decrease the amount of friction when installing the hoses.
