Pentair Racer / Racer LS Pressure Side Cleaner Debris Valve Kit (360243)

The debris valve kit is a replacement part that was made by Pentair. Making this a genuine OEM product.

The debris valve was created to keep the debris that is dispersed into the debris bag tapped inside of the bag instead of falling back out of the vac tube where it then litters the surface of your pool.

This part Is black and sits atop of the vac tube which the debris travels through with the help of the vortex created by the water management kit and venturi jets. It also is made from a rubber composite material that can wear and deteriorate over the length of time and use of the cleaner. It may need to be replaced at some point if it no longer is functioning properly. The only issue is this part is glued to the vacuum tube so you will need to find a strong waterproof adhesive in order to install this part as there are no predetermined attach points.
