Description

The Pentair Sta-Rite 25010-0004Z air relief valve is the correct replacement valve for select PRC Series and PRD aboveground filter systems. It is a model-specific service part used to release trapped air from the filter during startup and maintenance. When the original valve is worn, leaking, or no longer operating correctly, replacing it with the proper Pentair Sta-Rite part is the right fix.

Pro Tip

Inspect the matching O-ring before reinstalling the valve. A new relief valve will not solve a leaking air-relief assembly if the seal is flattened, cracked, or missing.
