Polaris "Trade Grade" TR36P Pressure Cleaner Float, Feed Hose, Black (9-100-1207)

The float, feed hose is a replacement part was made by Polaris. The same high-quality materials were used to manufacture the original factory part. Making this a genuine OEM product.

The hose float was built for the cleaners' hose system that takes the water from the dedicated return line, which is powered by a booster pump and disperses the water into the cleaner giving it the power to suck and pull dirt and debris off your pool's surface. Without this float the hose would fall to the depths of your pool, weighing your cleaner down and causing impediments throughout the surface. 

This float is black and is strategically placed throughout the length of the hose’s assembly. This way they can keep it above the water and from being tangled up which would cause disruption. Great troubleshooting tip if the hose continues to get tangled is to first check the back-up valve to see if it is operating correctly. If that’s not the issue then it may be due to the placement of the hose float. You can fix this by moving the float directly behind the back-up valve which should resolve the issue and allow the hose to be tangle-free.
