Polaris Vac-Sweep 280 TankTrax Idler Wheel (K27)

The idler wheel is a replacement part made by Polaris. Making this a genuine OEM product.

This wheel plays an important role in the cleaner’s ability to maneuver around the surface of your pool. It does this by transmitting rotation from one side of the drive shaft to another, in applications where it is undesirable to connect them directly. An example of this would be the crankshaft-to-camshaft gear train of an automobile.

This part is white and smaller than the other wheels that are needed for this cleaner. It was designed that way to fit in-between the bigger wheels on the one side of the pressure cleaner. It does use the same parts however as the other wheels like the wheel lock screws and ball bearings.
