Polaris Vac-Sweep 380 / 360 and "Trade Series Exclusive" TR35P / TR36P Pressure Cleaner Trans Pulley/Drive Shaft Assembly (9-100-1007)

The trans pulley/drive shaft assembly is a replacement part made by Polaris. The same high-quality materials were used for the original factory part. Making this a genuine OEM product.

This transfer pulley was designed to transfer the rotating power distributed from the drive shaft assembly to the belt kit (small and large) while at the same time, it rotates the wheels. This is all powered via the high-pressure water that comes from the dedicated return line which itself is powered by the booster pump.

This part is white and has a long metallic shaft that runs long enough to reach the drive shaft assembly that is located on the opposing side of the cleaner. There are also indentions that run along the outsides of the pulley so that way the teeth from the belts can grip the pulley as it rotates. If the cleaner is having trouble maneuvering it could be from one of these internal parts failing. You can start by checking these items for any damage or wear.
