The manufacturer instructions identify a ¼-inch threaded drain opening at the bottom of the pump strainer. Verify the actual pump, opening, basket clearance and required bonding arrangement before selecting the kit; this is not a universal drain-plug fit claim. The separately listed CMP 25810-850-000 serves the filter hose connection.
