The PoolRX Plus Pool Unit Black 20K-30K Gal (SKU: 331066) is a mineral-based algaecide designed for pools ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 gallons. It utilizes a proprietary blend of minerals, including copper sulfate pentahydrate, zinc sulfate monohydrate, and silver nitrate, to continuously and effectively eliminate algae. These minerals dissolve from the unit, forming a stable residual throughout the pool water for up to 6 months, reducing the need for high chlorine levels.

• Algae Elimination: Continuously eliminates algae, ensuring clear and clean pool water.

• Chlorine Efficiency: Enhances the effectiveness of low chlorine levels (0.5–1.0 ppm) by freeing up chlorine to be more active and productive.

• Longevity: Minerals last up to 6 months, with the unit recommended for replacement every 12 months.

• Compatibility: Suitable for both traditional and saltwater pools. Not compatible with bromine or biguanide systems.

• Maintenance: No need for phosphate removers, other algaecides, or clarifiers.

Usage Instructions:

1. Clean or backwash your filter before adding the PoolRX unit.

2. Place the unit into the pump basket or skimmer, preferably the pump basket for increased water flow.

3. Ensure the pump has at least 3 to 4 hours left on its run cycle to allow the minerals to dissolve and circulate.

4. Maintain normal pool chemistry ranges:

   • Chlorine: 0.5–1.0 ppm (residential), 1.0–5.0 ppm (commercial)

   • pH: 7.2–7.8

   • Alkalinity: 80–120

   • Cyanuric Acid: 10–80
