Hayward GLX-FLO-RPPAK10 Replacement Flow Switch Pak 10 Replacement kit for Hayward pool systems, particularly for saltwater chlorinators like the AquaRite series. 

• Flow Detection:
• The flow switch monitors the water flow in the pool system to ensure there is sufficient circulation before the salt chlorinator begins generating chlorine.
• The internal sensor detects water movement. If the flow is too low (or stops entirely), the system signals the chlorinator to shut down.
• Signal Transmission:
• A 15-foot cable connects the flow switch to the chlorinator’s control unit. This cable carries the signal indicating whether the water flow is adequate.
• Safety Mechanism:
• The switch prevents the salt cell from operating under low or no-flow conditions, avoiding potential damage to the system or unsafe chlorine production.
