Description

This bundle tackles both performance and sealing on Jandy CL/CV 580 filters. The Pleatco ULTRA-A10-PAK4 cartridge pack is a direct upgrade for the OEM PJAN145 / A0104000 elements, with UlTRA media and a Free-Flow core designed to maintain flow and extend cleaning intervals. The Aladdin O-524 tank O-ring replaces Jandy R0357800, which seals the lid and body under the clamp band. Swapping media and gasket together is the straightforward way to lower pressure, clear up flow issues, and stop nuisance leaks at the band.

Pro Tip

Change all four cartridges at the same time—never mix new and old elements in a CL/CV 580 tank. Before installing the new O-ring, clean the groove and tank lips, then apply a thin film of pool-safe silicone or PTFE lube. Seat the band evenly, purge air on restart, and watch the clamp area for any weeping as the filter comes up to pressure.
