Is this the original MX8 or the MX8 Elite?
This listing identifies the original MX8. It has dual cyclonic vacuuming and tracked navigation. Cyclonic Scrubbing brushes are an Elite feature or a separate conversion; the conversion video does not establish that brushes come with this original model.
How much hose comes with the MX8?
Zodiac lists approximately 39 feet of twist-lock hose. The owner’s component diagram specifies eleven connector sections plus one leader section with a hose float for MX8. Size the connected hose according to the manual.
Is the MX Flow Regulator included?
Yes. Zodiac’s U.S. MX8 page and the current owner’s component diagram identify the MX Flow Regulator as included. Install it between the leader hose and cleaner as directed in the manual.
