Polaris Quattro Sport Brush Guard, 2/PK (R0853100)

The brush guard (2/PK) is a replacement part made by Polaris. The same high-quality materials were used to manufacture the original factory part. Making this a genuine OEM product.

The brush guards were designed for a unique purpose and that purpose is to act as a protective shield for the roller brushes as the cleaner operates. It does this by taking any unnecessary damage from larger debris or objects that may lie along the surface of your pool. Normally it can cause damage to either one or both brushes.

These parts rest behind the roller brushes on each side and connect to the side brush gearboxes, just like the brushes themselves. Also, they connect to both sides of the roller brush support making these parts as well as the brush guards easy to locate and remove. All which can be done with a Philips head screwdriver.
